Only a few notes:

 

This story was created in 2009 as a result from what had happened to a friend of mine.  He was my age (30-ish), married and had a young girl (17-ish) ask him if he would take her to her Winter Formal.  When he told us this tale, my mind went to work, culminating in A Night To Remember.  I hope that you will enjoy reading this story as much as I did writing it.  On a side note, the guy that this happened too… he was the one that got me hooked on Stargate SG-1 in the first place!

 

I also wish to apologize for the French in Chapter 6.  I got all of it off of a web translator, so if it’s wrong, please drop me a line and let me know so I can get it fixed.
